1. Nature of the Service

Temptress.ai is a gamified, adult-only training platform that uses generative AI to simulate an AI movie production environment. You design AI Actresses, generate short cinematic clips and learn basic directing and storytelling skills in a sandbox. The experience may include NSFW / sexual content for consenting adults, always framed as fictional, AI-generated scenes.

2. Users & Eligibility

The service is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by local law). Access by minors is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that using Temptress.ai is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Create, request or distribute content involving minors or non-consensual acts.
• Harass, threaten or dox any person or group.
• Upload malware or attempt to attack, bypass or overload our systems.

4. Intellectual Property & Outputs

The platform, design, tokens, characters and story structures are protected intellectual property of Sensonar and its licensors. AI-generated outputs may incorporate styles, patterns or elements learned from training data and may be subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for how you reuse any outputs outside the platform.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be announced with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Personal data we process

• Account data — name, email, hashed password, plan type.
• Usage data — IP address, device / browser metadata, session identifiers, timestamps, feature usage.
• Content data — prompts, instructions, dialogues, AI Actress configurations, token balances, scenes and clips you generate.
• Support data — messages you send to our support channels and related metadata.
• Payment data — processed via external payment providers (we do not see full card numbers).

Use of generative AI

Temptress.ai relies on generative AI services to operate the game mechanics. This means that:

• Your text prompts, configuration choices and some outputs may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing.
• We log requests and responses to provide the service, prevent abuse, ensure safety and improve prompts and system behaviour over time.
• Where possible, we apply pseudonymisation or identifiers instead of real names inside internal logs and training routines.

We do not use your data to train general-purpose models for unrelated third-party products, unless explicitly stated by the underlying AI provider.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to create and operate your Temptress.ai account.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — e.g. accounting and tax records.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and analytics.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — optional marketing communication and non-essential cookies / tracking.

Transfers & retention

Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA (for example, on cloud or AI infrastructure). In such cases we rely on adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, data-processing agreements). Retention periods depend on the purpose and legal basis; you can request an overview at privacy@sensonar.com.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies & tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for security and session management, and optional analytics / marketing cookies based on your consent. You can manage preferences in the cookie settings panel where available.

Sensonar applies proportionate cybersecurity and operational resilience measures, inspired by ISO/IEC standards and NIS2 principles where relevant.

• Documented information security policies and governance (ISMS-style controls).
• Secure configuration, patching, hardening of cloud environments.
• Network protection, monitoring and logging of suspicious activity.
• Access control based on least privilege and multi-factor authentication for admins.
• Incident response procedures including detection, triage, containment and notification.
• Supplier and AI-provider risk management, including DPAs and security reviews.

Because Temptress.ai includes NSFW content, we also operate abuse-prevention and detection measures (for example, filters and manual review in serious cases) to prevent illegal content such as material involving minors or non-consensual acts.

Temptress.ai is designed and assessed as a limited-risk / low-risk AI system under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It is a gamified entertainment and training platform that helps users learn cinematic storytelling and directing, including NSFW scenarios, but it is not used to make high-risk decisions about individuals (such as credit scoring, employment or access to essential services).

AI transparency & human oversight

• We clearly label AI-generated content and explain that scenes, characters and outputs are fictional.
• Users always remain in control of prompts and can stop or reconfigure scenes.
• We maintain documentation about model types, main risks and mitigation measures.
• We monitor for misuse (e.g. attempts to generate illegal or non-consensual content) and reserve the right to intervene or terminate accounts.

NSFW & sexual content

The platform may feature sexual content and erotic themes, but only:

• for adults, after explicit confirmation that the user is of legal age, and
• within the boundaries of our acceptable use rules and applicable law.

This is the reason why Temptress.ai is marked as NSFW and why we require users to read this Legal & Compliance Hub before engaging with the Empress.

DORA (financial-sector clients only)

If Temptress.ai — or related Sensonar services — are used in the context of regulated financial entities, we align our ICT risk management, incident handling and third-party risk practices with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). This includes:

• Documented ICT risk management framework.
• Logging and reporting mechanisms for significant incidents.
• Contracts and oversight for critical ICT third parties.
